As a real estate agent, I’ve worked with many vendors during transactions, and this structural engineering firm truly stands out. They were thorough, responsive, and timely, which is critical when working within tight contractual timelines.

Jorge Aguas of EEI Engineering & Inspections was critical to our ability to show the existing structural limitations of a project Silver Lake Construction Co. was contracted to do. His exceptional ability to interpret the original structural drawings and inspect the existing site conditions confirmed that the wind bracing system of the original structure was still an essential component of the integrity of the building, though the use and structure of the building had changed over time. We are certain that bringing in EEI was the best decision to provide the professional opinion needed to ensure the safety of the structure and its inhabitants. We will definitely be using EEI in the future!

EFFICIENT, RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL, HONEST. Received prompt and straight forward assessment of our home by JORGE. He spent 2 hours with us explaining details of a job done poorly by another local engineering firm (with many 5 star reviews) and the damage done by their contractors to our foundation. Received a professional report within a week from EEI and understand all of our options going forward. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team and their experience. Call them FIRST!
